Public Statements
Public Information - Used to distribute information regarding hydrometeorological events; public education; service changes, limitations or interruptions; and special guidelines for interpreting data
Special Weather - Provide information concerning ongoing or imminent weather hazards
Record Event Report - Contains meteorological and hydrological events that equal or exceed routine existing records; used to report occurrences relating to both maxima and minima records
Local Storm Report - Provides reported observations of hazardous weather events; also serves as the primary basis for the official monthly publication “Storm Data”
Climate
Prelim LCD (F6) - Barrow Preliminary Local Climatological Data (LCD), WS Form F-6; provides various statistics about temperatures, precipitation, snow depth, wind, and other data in a tabular format; link is updated for the current month's data after summaries for the previous month have been issued
Local - Daily Climate Reports and Monthly Weather Summaries for Barrow, Bettles, Big Delta, Fairbanks, Kotzebue, and Nome; both most recent reports/summaries and archived data are available
Alternate Data Link - An alternate link that gives access to climate reports from not only the Barrow NWS, but all other NWS offices statewide; check here if data under the "local" link is outdated
Climatology - Historical climate data for selected sites
National - Temperature and precipitation data for the United States and its territories; available in graphical and textual formats
More... - Climate Prediction Center climate forecasts are provided, CDC climate information, as well as El Niño/La Niña, drought information, and other climate pattern information

Observations - Current surface and upper-air weather observations for sites around the state

AK Wx Roundup - Current weather conditions around the state in a simple, tabular format; parameters given: sky condition/weather, temperature, relative humidity, wind, pressure, wind chill, and visibility
AK Wx Summary - Plain language summary of recent weather conditions across the state
Region Temp/Precip - Tabular product containing maximum and minimum temperatures, liquid equivalent of precipitation, snowfall, and snow depth
State Temp/Precip - Statewide tabular product containing maximum and minimum temperatures, liquid equivalent of precipitation, and snow depth
Satellite (POES) - Polar orbiting satellite images and loops (better image clarity for northern AK than GOES but images are less frequent)
Satellite (GOES) - Geostationary satellite images and loops (new images about every 30 min, but cloud elements are distorted over northern AK)
