...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 3 AM TO NOON AKST
THURSDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions and poor
  visibility, including during the morning commute on Thursday. 
  Total snow accumulations 4 to 8 inches, heaviest from the Parks 
  Highway eastward.

* WHERE...Susitna Valley.

* WHEN...3 AM to noon Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...New snow accumulations in the Talkeetna
  Mountains 14 to 18 inches.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.

THURSDAY...
.TONIGHT...A chance of snow in the evening, then snow after
midnight. Snow accumulation up to 4 inches. Lows 15 to 20. Light
winds. North of Talkeetna...variable wind to 10 mph.
.THURSDAY...Snow in the morning, then partly sunny with isolated
snow showers in the afternoon. Snow may be heavy at times in the
morning. Snow accumulation up to 4 inches. Highs in the mid 20s
to lower 30s. Light winds.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Mostly clear. Isolated snow showers in the
evening. Lows 10 to 15 above. West wind 15 mph with gusts to
25 mph.
.FRIDAY...Sunny. Highs in the mid 20s except 10 to 15 above
toward the park. Northwest wind 15 mph.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy. A chance of snow after midnight.
Lows 5 to 10 above except 10 below to 15 below toward the park.
