The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has cancelled the
Coastal Flood Advisory. 

Water levels have continued receded and the threat of minor
coastal flooding has ended.

.TODAY...Cloudy. A chance of snow in the morning, then snow in
the afternoon. Areas of blowing snow in the afternoon. Snow
accumulation around 1 inch. Highs in the upper 20s to lower 30s.
Southeast winds 15 to 25 mph. 
.TONIGHT...Snow. Snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches. Lows in the
mid teens to mid 20s. South winds 10 to 20 mph. 
.THURSDAY...Cloudy. A chance of snow. Areas of blowing snow. 
Visibility one mile or less at times in the afternoon. Highs in 
the upper teens to upper 20s. Northwest winds 15 to 30 mph. 
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Cloudy. Areas of blowing snow in the evening.
