The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has cancelled the
Coastal Flood Advisory. 

Water levels have continued receded and the threat of minor
coastal flooding has ended.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM NOON THURSDAY
TO 6 AM AKST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Blowing snow expected. Plan on areas of poor visibilities
  to create difficult travel conditions at times. Winds gusting as
  high as 55 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.

* WHERE...Northern and Interior Seward Peninsula.

* WHEN...Noon Thursday to 6 AM Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds gusting as high as 55 mph will cause
  areas of blowing and drifting snow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for blowing snow means periods of
blowing snow will cause travel difficulties.

AKST FRIDAY...
.TODAY...Cloudy with a chance of snow. Highs in the lower to mid
30s. Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph. 
.TONIGHT...Cloudy with a chance of snow. Lows in the mid 20s.
Southeast winds 10 to 20 mph. 
.THURSDAY...Snow likely. Areas of blowing snow in the afternoon. 
Visibility one half mile or less at times in the afternoon. Snow 
accumulation around 1 inch. Highs in the lower 30s. South winds 
15 mph increasing to west 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph in the 
afternoon. 
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Cloudy. Areas of blowing snow. Visibility one
half mile or less at times. Lows around 6 above. West winds 30 to
40 mph decreasing to 15 mph after midnight. 
.FRIDAY...Cloudy. Highs in the lower to mid teens. West winds
5 to 15 mph. 
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy. Lows around 5 below. 
.SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy. Highs in the lower
