...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS
EVENING TO NOON AKST FRIDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 
  inches are expected. Over summits, winds gusting to 40 mph 
  will cause blowing snow and low visibility at times.

* WHERE...Yukon Flats and Surrounding Uplands.

* WHEN...9 PM today to noon Friday. Snow will start tonight. 
  Winds and blowing snow will occur Thursday night and Friday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Look for reduced visibilities at times.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause travel difficulties. The latest road conditions can be
obtained by calling 5 1 1.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 9 PM THIS EVENING TO
NOON AKST FRIDAY...
.TONIGHT...Cloudy. A chance of snow in the evening, then snow
after midnight. Areas of freezing fog. Snow accumulation of 2 to 
4 inches. Blowing snow on summits. Lows in the mid teens to lower
20s. South winds to 10 mph, except locally southwest 15 to 25 mph
gusting to 40 mph on summits.
.THURSDAY...Cloudy. Snow in the morning, then a chance of snow in
the afternoon. Areas of freezing fog. Snow accumulation up to
1 inch. Blowing snow on summits. Highs in the mid 20s to lower 
30s. West winds to 10 mph, except locally southwest around 25 mph 
gusting to 40 mph on summits.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy. A slight chance of snow in the
evening, then snow likely after midnight. Areas of freezing fog.
Snow accumulation up to 1 inch. Lows around 9 above. West winds
5 to 15 mph.
.FRIDAY...Cloudy with a slight chance of snow. Highs in the mid
teens to lower 20s. Southwest winds 5 to 15 mph.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...Mostly cloudy in the evening then becoming partly
cloudy. Lows 8 to 16 below. Southwest winds to 10 mph.
.SATURDAY...Partly cloudy. Highs around 5 above.
.SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY...Mostly cloudy. Lows 10 to 15 below.
Highs around 10.
